		<description>Hi Kevin, I apologise, this is another of those US vs. British English terminology things! If you are in the US then yes this dish calls for Cornstarch (used as a thickener) and not ‘Cornflour’ which I believe is the term used in the US for flour made from finely ground corn or maize. 

I have amended the recipe to include cornstarch. Sorry for the confusion!! Thank You for the feedback and I hope you try the recipe again soon :)</description>
