This beautiful bowl of yumminess is a perfect example of how often the simplest things are the best. A colourful mixture of summer fruit with natural creamy yoghurt and sweet maple syrup; I served it as a light summer dessert on a warm evening but it would also make a wonderful breakfast to start your day!! And it is ready in the blink of an eye!! Enjoy!!
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Serves 2
- 3 cups natural set yoghurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- ½ an orange
- 2 tbs maple syrup
Divide the yoghurt between two bowls. Top with blueberries, zest of half an orange and drizzle with maple syrup. That’s it!! : )
